"First and foremost, the customer service here is beyond amazing. I have quite a bit of experience myself working in customer service. Frankly it is unprecedented, and I'm not speaking of the insurance industry alone. I only insure one vehicle with state farm, I am not some big important client, but they sure make me feel like I am. Phil is my agent, and let me tell you, anyone who deals with customers or clients could sure take lessons from him. When I call, he knows exactly who I am, he does not need to go looking for a file. He knows his clients because he truly cares. Recently, I have had the worst car repair experience of my life dealing with Kia of Canton. Let me make it clear that the dealership has been the problem, and not State Farm. Phil has been there every step of the way to fight for me. Calls are always answered during business hours and even sometimes after the office closes. Calls after hours are returned immediately, as soon as the office opens the following morning. He follows up to see if there is anything he can do to help me. When I told him the repair for my claim was taking longer than expected, he had me a rental car in less than 10 minutes, and it cost me absolutely nothing out of pocket. The team at this office is amazing, and my agent Phil, goes above and beyond each and every time. He has earned a lifetime customer."

"I'm very upset with Mr. Don Parrish himself I phoned in to his office last June 23rd to request all my policies cancelled being a business owner that's umbrella, worker's comp, business liability, commercial auto, personal auto, homeowner insurance Well everything was cancelled except my homeowners insurance. Just bought to my attention by means of a renewal notice recieved from state farm on may 8 so I had dual cover for 1 year with 2 insurance companies which is illegal....bottom line Don isn't willing to accept an agent error so that policy can be back dated to last June...Errors happen all the time in the insurance industry or should I say Accidents ..I received a 1 month refund on policy this is unacceptable"
